It’s a new segment I’m starting because I love talking about comic books. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t know the writer of the said recommendation, but I wouldn’t dare put up any content on my blog if it did not come with any merit. It’s a poignant story about the loss of a loved one that’ll tug at your heart string multiple times before your tear ducts even know what hit ’em. The black and white artwork here with the hard line edges compliment the story very nicely.
It’s also like ten pages, so you can peruse it in less time than it takes to cook a microwavable dinner. Here’s the link: Death of a Hero
You can follow the creators here on Twitter:
Tommy Hancock: @TommyHancock
Adam Ferris: (He doesn’t have one because he’s an internet geriatric who just discovered memes.)
Tell me how you liked the recommendation on the comment section below and give these up-and-coming writer/artist duo some much earned love.
